Unleash the Magic Within invites every woman to journey through self-discovery and transformation. Inspired by the ancient alchemical stages of Nigredo, Albedo, and Rubedo, this retreat offers yoga, energy healing, and sacred workshops to help you release the old, illuminate your true essence, and embody your fullest power. Take this sacred pause to honor your inner light, manifest your dreams, and awaken your magic.

From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, we’ll move through three alchemical stages:

Nigredo (Friday):

Ground yourself, explore shadow work, and release what no longer serves you.

Albedo (Saturday):

Awaken your inner light with practices that restore clarity and connect you with your inner beauty.

Rubedo (Sunday):

Celebrate your transformation, integrate your learnings, and embody your most authentic self.

Set amidst a tranquil and nourishing environment, this retreat invites you to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with a supportive community of women. Through yoga, guided workshops, energy healing sessions, and moments of free time, you’ll emerge with a renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and purpose.

    • 10:00 AM – Workshop: The Alchemy of Clarity

    • 2:00 PM – Free Time (Nature walks, swimming, or relaxation)

    • 6:00 PM – Creative Workshop: Connecting with your inner beauty

    Sunday, June 29th: Rubedo - Integration and living your true essence

  • At Unleash the Magic Within, enjoy a thoughtfully crafted macrobiotic menu designed to nourish your body, uplift your spirit, and harmonize your energy. Each meal will feature fresh, seasonal ingredients, balancing whole grains, vegetables, and plant-based proteins, with an emphasis on simplicity and natural flavors aiming to balance your body’s energy and promote health. Rooted in Eastern philosophy, our dishes embrace the principles of yin and yang, offering balanced, nourishing flavors that align with your body’s natural rhythms. Prepared with care and served with love and intention, our dishes will support your journey of transformation and leave you feeling energized and connected.

    • Location: Viale del Micciaro, 11B, 00062 Bracciano ROME Borgoacquapaola is approximately 37 km from Rome, 45 km from Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci international airport.

    HOW TO GET THERE:

    BY CAR: you can take either the Aurelia state road, and turn at the crossroads for Bracciano, or the Braccianense road following the signs for the lake and, finally, the Cassia veientana which you take from the racordo anulare, towards Viterbo.

    BY TRAIN: departure from Ostiense station, approximately 1 hour journey.

    BY BUS: departure from Via Flaminia – Saxa Rubra, approximately 1 hour journey.
